IS THERE ANOTHER WAY TO PAY APART FROM CRPTO?
We are purely crypto based and no alternative payment methods will be provided.
ARE YOUR PRICES IN AUD AND ARE YOU BASED IN AUSTRALIA?
All prices are in AUD and yes we are based domestically in Australia.
CAN YOU SHIP OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Orders dispatch from Australia, so international delivery takes a little longer than domestic.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours (excluding weekends). As Australia is a large country, delivery times can vary depending on your location. Addresses in and around major CBDs can expect delivery in 1-3 business days from the time of dispatch. Rural areas, FNQ, NT, TAS or WA could take up to 10 business days.
I HAVE RECEIVED MY PACKAGE YET. WHAT DO I DO?
Fill out the Contact page with your inquiry 3 business days after placing your order to start an inquiry. Please ensure all address details are entered correctly at checkout, as we cannot be held responsible for incorrect information provided. Orders are shipped to the address supplied at the time of purchase, and once dispatched, we’re unable to make any changes. We recommend carefully reviewing your details before completing your order.
IS THIS THE ONLY PLACE YOU TAKE ORDERS?
Yes, we only operate via this website for orders. We are not on or will process any orders via WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook, Instagram, etc. Any other website selling Big Boss Pharma products are a scam
HOW CAN I CHECK THE QUALITY OF YOUR PRODUCTS?
